ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Leader Daniyal Aziz has said there was no bigger institution than the Supreme Court (SC) for delivering justice, but the opposition seems more interested in political point-scoring on PANAMA leaks.

While talking to a private news channel he said the opposition also has realized that the name of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has not been mentioned in the Panama Papers. Therefore, the opposition is trying to harden the position.

"I think, it is part of the process and negotiations would continue between the government and the opposition. A timeframe has been defined to resolve the issue. I hope that the matter will be resolved in upcoming day", he added.

Regarding the health issue of Prime Minister, he said opposition is also exploiting the illness of the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in their favour.

Daniyal said rest was must for the PM before the surgery and "I hope the PM would recover within a few days after the surgery".

There was no need that the prime minister should remain in the country regarding the issue of Panama Papers because a committee has already been formed to resolve the matter.

To a question he said anyone who has any issue should go to the court of masses. We have good ties to all countries including Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Iran and China because of our successful foreign policy.

The prime minister was in contact with us because we are living in digital age, he added.

"We should concentrate on budget instead of such issues", he concluded.
