KARACHI  - Gold slipped by Rs 172 to close at Rs 50,485 per 10 grams in the local market Thursday as its international price dropped to $1,734 an ounce, market sources said.
According to Karachi Sarafa Association official, tola (11.664 grams) price also fell by Rs 200 to close at Rs 58,900. Silver closed lower at Rs 940.28 per 10 grams.
