Man accused of committing corruption attacks Suthra Punjab office

Vehari  -  A former supervisor of Peace Evergreen, who was dismissed on corruption charges, launched an armed attack on the Suthra Punjab office along with his accomplices. One staff member was injured after being struck with a pistol butt, while Rs 150,000 in cash and a mobile phone were looted at gunpoint. According to Tehsil Head of Suthra Punjab, Rao Khaleel Ahmad, the ex-supervisor, Samar Abbas Daha of Chak No. 34/WB (Peeply Adda), had been found guilty in a formal inquiry for illegally extorting money from workers. Following these findings, he was terminated from his job. In retaliation, Samar Abbas, along with his armed associates—identified as Allah Ditta Falksher and six unidentified men—stormed the Suthra Punjab office.

They ransacked the premises and assaulted staff member Naseer Bhatti, severely injuring him with a pistol butt. The assailants then forcibly took Rs. 150,000 and a mobile phone from a drawer and fled the scene. PS Daniwal Police have registered a case and initiated raids to arrest the accused.
