Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif arrived in Karachi on a day-long visit to pay tribute to the Pakistan Navy for its commendable role in Operation Bunyan-un-Marsoos.
Upon arrival, he was received at the airport by Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori, Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah, and other senior officials.
During his visit, the prime minister is scheduled to meet officers and sailors who bravely defended the nation’s maritime frontiers during the recent enemy aggression. Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Naveed Ashraf will officially welcome him.
Prime Minister Shehbaz will also address the naval personnel, acknowledging their courage and dedication in safeguarding Pakistan's territorial waters.
Later in the day, the premier will hold meetings with Karachi’s political leadership to discuss key issues related to the upcoming federal budget, ongoing development initiatives, and revenue generation strategies.
