Education vital to success, says Mardan Board chief

Mardan  -  Chairman Mardan Education Board Professor Jahanzeb said education is a valuable asset that leads to success across all fields and is essential to meet modern world challenges. He spoke at the award ceremony for position holder students held by Iqra Education System Khyber Pakhtunkhwa at Mardan Press Club on Thursday.

Prof Jahanzeb advised students to become good human beings before seeking success, enabling them to serve society effectively. He urged students to rely on their efforts and avoid despair, saying hard work creates countless opportunities.

He emphasised that education goes beyond earning degrees and medals. Preparing for future challenges requires technical skills in addition to academic knowledge. Prof Jahanzeb warned that success in tomorrow’s world will depend on adapting to modern technology.

The chairman stressed that the true purpose of education is to develop individuals who serve society. He criticised cheating as a harmful practice and urged collective efforts to eliminate it by fostering analytical skills among children.

Prof Jahanzeb announced that the Education Board has digitised most processes for students’ convenience and plans to fully implement digital systems across institutions soon. He encouraged students to seize the opportunities presented by digital education and keep pace with evolving demands.

The ceremony concluded with distribution of prizes, medals, and certificates to the position holders. Teachers and administrators were also acknowledged for their contributions.
