Vehari  -  The Central Traders Association Vehari warmly welcomed Colonel Qaiser Abbas, who returned as a hero from the “Operation Bunyānum Marsoos’ at the Bahawalnagar border.

Colonel Qaiser Abbas, originally from District Vehari, was given a grand reception upon his arrival in his hometown. The members of the association showered him with flower petals, adorned him with garlands of fresh fruits and chanted patriotic slogans such as “Long Live Pakistan Army” and “Pakistan Zindabad.” A spectacular fireworks display was also held to honor his bravery.

On this occasion, Chairman Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar, President Irshad Hussain Bhatti, Senior Vice President Mian Sajid Asif, General Secretary Rao Khaleel Ahmed, Former President Press Club Veharii Sheikh Khalid Masood Sajid Office Secretary Rana Faiz Rasool, senior trader leaders Chaudhry Javed Anwar, Chaudhry Ammar Ejaz (former councillor), Haji Allah Ditta, Executive Council Chairman Chaudhry Akbar Sandhu, Chaudhry Simran Sattar, and Chaudhry Ashfaq Latif along with several traders and citizens participated in the ceremony. The event concluded with a special prayer for the national security and prosperity of Pakistan.
