PESHAWAR  -  Prof Dr Muhammad Sadiq Khattak has been appointed as the Vice Chancellor of the University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Peshawar. He officially assumed charge of his office on Tuesday, where he was warmly welcomed by Dr Khizar Azam, Registrar of UET Peshawar, along with deans and faculty members. Dr. Sadiq brings with him a distinguished record of academic leadership and outstanding scholarly accomplishments.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr Sadiq outlined his vision for the university, emphasizing his commitment to taking concrete steps for the well-being of students—whom he described as the true output of the university—and addressing the institution’s ongoing financial challenges.
