Vehari - A ceremony marking the Independence Day Tree Plantation Campaign was held at the Government Special Education Centre of Excellence Vehari.
Chief Executive Officer District Education Authority (DEA) Vehari, Nasir Aziz, was the chief guest and planted a sapling, offering prayers for the country’s progress.The event was jointly organized by the Environmental Protection Department and the Special Education Department Vehari. The Environmental Protection Department provided 300 saplings, while special students of the institution planted 100 saplings together to express their love for the homeland. CEO Education Nasir Aziz also met with the special students.On the occasion, CEO Education visited the school, where Headmistress and Focal Person Special Education District Vehari, Zakia Tariq, briefed him about the newly established modern computer lab, smart classroom, and other educational facilities. Nasir Aziz appreciated the efforts of District Officer Special Education Multan, Zeeshan Ahmad, and left a signed special message for the children.Prominent among those present were Deputy Director Environment Muhammad Idrees, Assistant Director Environment Qurat-ul-Ain, District Education Officer Elementary (Male) Mehr Javed, Inspector Muhammad Javed, Assistant District Education Officer Muhammad Imran, and Muhammad Shehzad.
