LAHORE   -   Provincial Health Minister Dr Yasmeen Rashid called on Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar at his office on Thursday and briefed him about the arrangements for dealing with the fourth wave of coronavirus.

Expressing his concern over hike in cases of coronavirus, the CM directed the officials concerned to ensure effective implementation of the SOPs. He added that citizens should be more careful as the virus was increasing due to non-implementation of the SOPs. “Public cooperation is crucial to control the spread of this virus and citizens should fully follow the guidelines,” the CM said and directed to further expedite the vaccination drive. The health minister appealed to the citizens to follow the guidelines to remain safe from the disease.
