Two explosions have been reported near the Chinnaswamy Stadium here, where an IPL match is set to begin. While one blast reportedly took place at Anil Kumble Circle, just meters away from the stadium, another reportedly occurred at the generator room of the stadium near Gate 2 on Saturday afternoon. At least eight people have been injured in the explosions. The cause of the explosions are yet to be ascertained. An Indian Premier League (IPL) match between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Mumbai Indians was scheduled to begin at 4 pm at the stadium.
