KARACHI - Graduation ceremony of newly-inducted PIA airhostesses was held at PIA Training Centre. Forty trainees were awarded certificates on completion of 11 weeks course.
PIAC Chairman and CEO Rao Qamar Suleman was the chief guest at the graduation ceremony.
Speaking on the occasion, PIA Chairman, while congratulating the airhostesses on successful completion of their training, said that each one of you while on job must serve PIA passengers with a ‘Smile’. Such a greeting would prepare a passenger for comfortable travelling bringing excellence to PIA services. “Smile of the PIA airhostess will make the airline rise”. Chairman PIA added.
He said that good service and satisfied passengers will automatically prefer to travel with our airline which would be a positive indication for better revenues helping the company improve its financial position.
He said that the graduating airhostesses are now the frontline brand ambassadors of the airline and it would be their performance that would greatly help in improving the image of PIA internationally.
Director Customer Services Shahnawaz Rehman, Director Human Resource Administration & Coordination, Mrs Ghazala Rashid and Director Flight Operations Capt. Anwar Adil among other senior officials of the airline were also present at the occasion.
