Mind your own business, Saifullah tells Shujaat

ISLAMABAD (INP) - President PML Likeminded group Senator Saleem Saifullah has asked the Q-League chief Ch Shujaat Hussain to avoid threatening and interference into his groups issues. Saleem Saifullah asked Chaudhry Shujaat to mind his own business as he could be removed as Parliamentary party leader if he did not stop interference in Likeminded groups issues. Addressing a Press conference here on Thursday, he said that Likeminded groups support to PML-N leader Senator Ishaq Dar for Opposition leader in Senate was its own issue and in reward it has got Deputy Opposition leader slot but Ch Shujaat was making unneeded interruption in the issue and threatening members of the Likeminded group of dire consequences. He said that though there was no post of Deputy Opposition leader in the Upper House, but Constitution could be amended for the purpose. He stated that his group had support of 11 Senators and many of the Q-League Senators keeping in view the situation and Likeminded groups strength and commitment were desirous to join his group. He said that Parliamentarians have started trusting Likeminded group which has increased the worries of the opponents and they have started hatching conspiracies to disgrace and hurt it. Later, taking to various delegations from Dera Ismail Khan, Lakki Marwat and Bannu, Saleem Saifullah said that issues of construction and repair of Indus Highway and building DI Khan Airport would be raised in the Upper House. He said that government itself was not able to chalk out plan for construction of airport in DI Khan neither it was allowing business community of DI Khan, Bannu and Lakki Marwat districts to construct airport on self assistance basis as traders community did in Sialkot. Senator Saleem Saifullah claimed that DI Khan Airport can be successful airport of South Asia in commencing trade activities besides lessening burden on other airports to transport cargo, passengers and Hajis.
