PML-N to resist NATO supplies: Nawaz

Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N) chief Mian Nawaz Sharif has said that his party would oppose and resist the resumption of NATO supplies bypassing the recommendations of the parliament.
In an interview with a private TV channel Wednesday, Nawaz Sharif said that US has not offered apology over Salala check post attack killing 24 Pakistani troops neither it showed any flexibility in its attitude in this regard.
He question as to why the supplies were being restored in the absence of an apology and a commitment to stop drone attacks?
Nawaz said that despite all facts suggestions to restore NATO supplies was matter of grave concern as it was against sovereignty of country and national interests also.
The PML-N chief said that to remove the ambiguities and avoiding misunderstandings in future, agreements with the US should be put on record.
Responding to a query, Nawaz Sharif said the PML-N is against foreign bases in Pakistan.
He blamed that the government is following the agenda of ridiculing the Parliament as it did with the judiciary.
Nawaz claimed that federal government’s fake policies and negligence towards national issues would push Pakistan into further crisis.
