LAHORE - Two matches of Dimal Polo Cup 2014 were played here at the Lahore Polo Club on Tuesday. 4 Corps/HBP plc defeated Army Green by a narrow margin of one goal as the score was 6-5. Shah Shamyl Alam scored three goals, Raja Samiullah added two goals and Taimur Ali Malik one. From the losing side, Maj Gen Isfandiyar Ali Khan Pataudi and Maj Haseeb Minhas scored two goals each while Atif Yar Tiwana scored one goal. In the second match, Newage thrashed Horsemen by nine goals to four and half. Matias Vial Perez (Chile) and Adnan Jalil Azam scored 3 goals each while Sameer Habib Oberoi added two and Naveed M Sheikh one. The losers got an advantage of two and half goals but could only manage to score two goals by Usman Haye and Raja Arsalan Najeeb.–Staff Reporter
