Focus on dying people

Daniel Radcliffe is annoyed by the public’s interest in celebrities’ personal lives. The 25-year-old What If actor has been in a relationship with girlfriend Erin Darke since they met on the set of his 2012 film Kill Your Darlings.
But Daniel is annoyed when people inquire about his personal life, as he believes there are other important matters more worthy of attention. ‘People ask me about my relationship and I try to give as little away as possible. People are dying in the world, give time to that,’ he told the Associated Press. Despite efforts to keep his private concerns out of the media, Daniel is aware he is often the subject of rumours generated by tabloids.
And the star doesn’t appreciate grabbing these sort of headlines because he feels it’s pure fodder. ‘Being private gets turned into a story in itself,’ he said.
‘’Oh, you’ve been really open about this.’ ‘No, I haven’t. I was just, like, trying to keep my mouth shut.’‘
Daniel has recently revealed insight into the dynamic of his romance with Erin. He believes they have developed a strong bond with one another. ‘I’m going out with my best friend at the moment,’ Daniel recently told People. ‘And that’s, I think, the way it should be.’ Daniel also revealed his parents Alan and Marcia were close friends before they began dating. And it is the basis of his parents’ relationship that he found so inspirational.
‘My mum and dad were best friends before they started dating, and now they’ve been married for 30-something years,’ Daniel said. ‘So, I think it is a very natural thing. If you can get to a point where you’re dating or married to somebody you consider your best friend, that’s what will make it work.’
