US dismisses allegations that Pakistan doesn’t want stability in Afghanistan

Washington- The United States has expressed the hopes for a close border coordination between Pakistan and Afghanistan.
This has been stated by US Deputy Special Representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan Daniel Feldman while responding to queries of reporters at the Washington Foreign Press Center.
He dismissed the allegations that Islamabad does not want stability on the border with Afghanistan. He said it is in the interest of all countries in the region to have stability along the border.
Daniel Feldman said the United States is working with both Pakistan and Afghanistan to address terrorism threats. To a question, he said Washington is committed to assisting a democratic Afghanistan but it is for Afghans how they intend to form a government of national unity.
