High security for Sikh Yatrees

SHEIKHUPURA -The high security measures have been adopted in Scha Sauda, some 18km away from near Farooqabad, on the arrival of more than 2,000 Sikh Yatrees here.
They performed religious rites in local Gurdawara and again returned to Nankana Sahib in the after-noon. The visiting Yatrees leader Sardar Herdev Singh said that Sikh community wants friendly and brotherly relation with Pakistan. The wars and tension on boarders are absolutely harmful for both the side, he added. He said Bhartia Janata Party would win the general elections with overwhelming majority. He dispelled the perception that BJP was against Pakistan and said that it would develop cordial relations with the neighbourers.
