Khyber Pukhtunkwa is blessed with a lot of incompetent government officers, who lack common sense and knowledge to work in their respective fields. It was initially the MMA government that did a wonderful job of promoting lower rank employees of 15 and 17 to 18 to 21 grade respectively. Top positions like 21 grade slots require expertise, qualifications and knowledge which the rankers did not possess. Also because of attacks by militants, senior government officers ran away to other provinces. Consequently, we are left with bad eggs.
