Washington- The US citizens were warned today to exercise caution in view of the ongoing political turmoil in the country amid planned demonstrations and protests by Imran Khan and Tahir-ul-Qadri.

The US State Department issued travel advisory for its citizens in the country, to limit their movements to the minimum.

“We strongly advise you to reconsider your need to travel to Pakistan at this time due to unpredictable security situation in wake of proposed protests and sit-ins,” said the travel advisory. The advisory also asked US nationals to avid participation in protests and demonstrations.
