Uninterrupted power supply to be restored soon: IESCO

ISLAMABAD - Due to an increase in heat intensity and temporary differences in supply, power load management is being carried out in the IESCO region.
The situation will be brought under control soon and an uninterrupted power supply will be restored, said IESCO spokesperson.
IESCO is studying power load management at different times in most parts of the region, mainly due to the rapid increase in demand for electricity due to rising temperatures and the temporary difference in demand and supply of electricity. IESCO officials are in full touch with the concerned authorities and an uninterrupted supply of electricity will start soon after overcoming the present situation.
Every effort is being made under the direction of Dr Muhammad Amjad Khan Chief Executive IESCO to provide electricity to the fasting people, especially during Sahar and Iftar hours. To resolve individual complaints about the power failure and low voltage etc., the operational staff is in the field round the clock and other departments are also alert.
The IESCO Lite Application, Helpline No. 118, SMS Service 8118 and the Complaints and Monitoring Cell numbers (051-9252933-4) at IESCO Head Office are available 24 hours a day for registration and redressal of consumer complaints. IESCO management apologises to the esteemed customers for the power load management in the region due to unavoidable reasons.
