HYDERABAD - In pursuance of the strict directions of Hon’ble Sindh High Court for removal of junior officers of health department from senior positions, provincial government on Monday transferred Dr Irshad Ahmed Memon, senior Medical Officer (BS-19) presently posted as Director General (DG) Health Services Sindh (BS-20) and directed to report in Health department. According to notification, Dr Muhammad Juman Bahoto, senior Medical Officer (BS-20) presently posted as Project Director (BS-20) EPI Sindh, Karachi, was transferred and posted as new DG Heath Services Sindh with immediate effect and until further orders. Dr Irshad Memon Senior Medical Officer (BS-19) was holding the senior grade post of Director General Health Services Sindh (BS-20) along with additional charge of another senior post of Project Director (BS-20) Strengthening of Monitoring and Surveillance of Health System, Sindh. The Hon’ble Sindh High Court had directed for removal of all junior officers of the health department including Director General Health Services Sindh who were holding senior grade posts on OPS basis, notification stated.
