Two minor brothers crushed to death

KAMOKE

Two minor brothers were crushed by a fast-moving train here in Kamoke on Tuesday.
According to the police, the children identified as 11-year-old Adeel and nine-year-old Anees, both brothers were sons of latif Mehar, a resident of Mohallah Noorul Islam, Kamoke.
They were crossing railway track near underpass when a passenger train, coming from Lahore crushed both of them.
They died instantly. The police shifted the dead bodies to hospital for medico-legal formalities and later handed over the bodies to the family. The Kamoke City Police have started investigation.
CLERKED ROBBED: The clerk of a sessions court was robbed of thousands of rupees and other valuables by three dacoits here the other day. Zarka Hanif, a clerk at District and Sessions court Gujranwala, along with his mother was returning from a bank after withdrawing money.
In the meanwhile, three dacoits intercepted them and stanched the cash, cellphones and other valuables from them.
The police have registered a case against unidentified dacoits.
