PAKPATTAN - A youth hanged his sister to death on suspicion of her illicit relations. As per detail, Ghafoor Ahmed, a resident of Arifabad got registered an FIR that he got married with Parveen Bibi, a resident of 83/D. He said that due to her dubious character they developed differences and subsequently she went to her parents house some five months ago. The day, her brother namely Akram in connivance with the help of Arshad hanged her to death. Police has registered a case on the report of husband.
