LAHORE - Fauzia Gilani, Prime Minister wife, witnessed the cricket on the first day of the Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women Cricket Challenge Trophy and gave away player of the match award to Maryam Hassan of the winner Punjab women cricket team at the Kinnaird College Cricket ground here on Sunday.
She was accompanied by her daughter Fizza Gilani, Pakistan's goodwill ambassador for women's rights. Fauzia Gilani was also introduced to the women cricketers of Punjab and Federal Areas teams and lauded their professionalism and spirit during the match.
 Later, Pakistan Cricket Boar (PCB) Women Wing Chairperson Bushra Aitzaz presented a souvenir to the chief guest, Fauzia Gilani. Former SCBA President Ch Aitzaz Ahsan was also present on the occasion.
