Veena denies marriage with Asif

LAHORE - Actress Veena Malik has denied the rumours about her marriage with Pakistani pacer Muhammad Asif saying that such gossips were malicious based on fake stories. Addressing a Press conference at her residence here on Saturday, Veena said her recent exposure in media revealed single aspect of the incident as these pictures were taken on one of the Basant events. She said her first meeting with Muhammad Asif was by chance arranged through her brother Kaleem Imran. Later I come to know that Asif was the best friend of Imran and he invited Asif on Basant event, she added. She further said Sadia Imam besides other actresses were also present on that occasion but she could not understand for which purpose media highlighted her snaps with Asif. Replying to a question, Veena said she would not marry less than 2 years, adding Babrak Shah proposed her once time but now she needed more time in taking decision as Babrak was also black mailing her through giving statements in media. Refusing to spend huge money on Asifs drug case, she termed it another false story and said she did not know who was creating these controversies about her. It is said that Rawalpindi based actress Veena Malik who got fame first from erotic dances in stage dramas of the City was habitual of successive scandals with notable personalities and recent scandal with Asif was also the part of that series.
