ISLAMABAD - Supreme Court judge Justice Nasirul Mulk has separated himself from the three-member bench hearing NRO implementation case. The bench comprising Justice Nasirul Mulk, Justice Athar Saeed and Justice Amir Hani Muslim when resumed the hearing on Tuesday, Justice Mulk refused to hear the case and detached himself from the hearing. He said he had given a judgment in the case against Adnan Khawaja and Ahmed Riaz in the PHC.
Subsequently, the hearing of the case was adjourned for indefinite period.
