KARACHI - Sindh Home Department has issued notification to depute DIG Fayyaz Laghari as new City Police Chief after the transfer of former Capital City Police Officer Waseem Ahmed. According to details, senior officer of Pakistan Police Services Fayyaz Laghari has been appointed as the new CCPO Karachi. He took charge of his office on Thursday. Before this appointment, Laghari served many high posts including DIG Karachi and RPO Hyderabad. Meanwhile, notifications also issued to appoint DIG Prisons Sindh, Mushtaq Shah, as new RPO Hyderabad. Ramzan Channa has been made new chairman of anti-corruption and the principal of Police Training Centre Saeedabad. while Commander Shaukat has been appointed as new RPO Sukkur.
