THATTA - Five men were found dead in mysterious circumstances at an historic tomb of Noori Jam Tamachi, located in the middle of Keenjhar Lake – a famous tourist attraction in Thatta, said police on Saturday.
According to a private TV channel, the five men had arrived at Keenjhar Lake from Karachi and took a boat trip to the tomb of Noori Jam Tamachi. Upon arrival at the tomb, the tourists asked the boat man to leave them there for a while and pick them up later.
After a while, when the boat man went back to pick them up from the tomb, he found all the five men lying dead in a pool of blood. He immediately called the police and it was discovered that all the five men were gunned down by unknown assailants.
The incident sent a wave of fear and panic across the area while police are investigating into the massacre.
